The jewellery
Can I shower, swim and train in it?
Yes, that is what it was made for. Our pieces are 316L recycled stainless steel with an 18ct recycled gold PVD coating, so they hold their colour through sweat, chlorine and salt water. You never have to take them off.
Will the gold wear off?
PVD is not like regular gold plating. The gold bonds to the surface at a molecular level, which is why it lasts far longer than standard gold plating. With normal wear, you should not see fading. Heavy abrasion over a long period can dull any finish, so it is worth taking rings off for weight training.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
It shouldn’t. Green marks usually come from copper, which is found in brass and sterling silver. Our pieces are made from stainless steel with a gold PVD coating, which shoudn't react with your skin the way copper does.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
316L stainless steel is the grade used for surgical instruments and body piercings, and it is naturally hypoallergenic. If you have a diagnosed nickel allergy, check with your doctor first. Stainless steel contains nickel, but it’s tightly bound within the metal, so very little is released.
How do I care for my pieces?
Rinse with fresh water after the sea or a pool, dry with a soft cloth, and store pieces separately. Full detail on the Care tab.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Our Size Guide has ring, necklace, bracelet and hoop measurements, plus how to measure without a ring to hand.
I am between ring sizes
Go up, especially for wider bands. A wide ring sits more snugly than a fine one, so if you normally wear a 6 in a thin band, you may want a 7 in a wide one.
When should I measure?
At the end of the day, at room temperature. Fingers swell in heat and after exercise and shrink when cold, so a morning measurement often comes out a full size small.

How much does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is always free, standard and express, with no minimum order. More on our Delivery page.
Where do you ship to?
Within the Netherlands only at the moment, with PostNL. We are working on the rest of the EU. Join the newsletter and you will hear first.
How long does delivery take?
We pack orders within 1–2 business days and PostNL usually delivers standard parcels in another 1–2.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. If it has not been handed to PostNL yet, we can usually help.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return a piece, no reason needed, and returns are free. Every piece also has a 2-year warranty. Full detail on our Returns page.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of your return request, to your original payment method.

How often do you release new pieces?
We do not work in seasons. New designs arrive as small capsule drops in limited quantities. Join the newsletter to be the first to know when new pieces arrive.
Is your jewellery responsibly made?
We use recycled steel and recycled gold, and produce at an RJC-certified factory. What we are still working on is set out on our Sustainability page.
